In Torayghyrov University, the winter methodological decade has kicked off for the faculty, administrative and managerial staff of the university, as well as key stakeholders, focusing on the theme "Management in Higher Education: Theory and Practice."

"When striving to be competitive in the market, continuous development is essential. This applies to the field of higher education as well. If approaches to training specialists were uniform just last year, today they could be entirely different. That's why, while the majority of students are on vacation, we are working on enhancing the competence of Torayghyrov University staff. It is crucial that our team consists of genuine professionals who are ready to grow alongside the university," emphasized the university's rector.

The methodological decade includes planned meetings of working groups, seminars, and training sessions dedicated to the use of artificial intelligence in the educational process, modern teaching and assessment methods for innovative educational programs. They will also review the work done on disciplines of innovative educational programs developed based on the "Atlas of New Professions and Competencies of Pavlodar Region."

The decade will take place over two weeks.
