A grand opening of the forensics lecture room took place at Toraighyrov University in honor of Major General of Justice, Honored Worker of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs and Honorary Veteran of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Rustem Kaidarov.

Rustem Yesimkhanovich is directly related to the higher education system.  He headed the department of criminal science and forensic examinations of KazGUU and helped in the training of qualified lawyers.

 - The tradition of giving  the names of great scientists, social activists and other people to lecture rooms at universitily has existed for many years.  In this way, we pay tribute of respecr to those who did their work with great dedication, tried to benefit society and thought not only about themselves, but also about their contemporaries and future generations.  Rustem Yesimkhanovich Kaidarov was such a person.  He was a patriot who loved his homeland and wanted only good for his compatriots.  These are the people that today’s youth should look up to,” noted the rector of the university, Yerkin Sadykov.

 Rustem Kaidarov has done a lot in the scientific and pedagogical field: he taught advanced training courses for investigative officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Investigative Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he is the author of scientific articles and publications in issues of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the CIS.  He is one of the authors of the Commentary on the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kazakh SSR.  He was a member of the working group of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the development of a number of model codes in the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS (St. Petersburg).

 It is worth noting that Toraighyrov University has a forensic training ground, where a special simulator complex is located for practice in the seizure and examination of material evidence.  It helps to hone the necessary skills to work in the country's law enforcement system, and also improves the professional training of future graduates.
