An anti-drug campaign “Armanyna tek ozin kol zhetkize alasyn” is taking place at Toraighyrov University.

The head of the department for combating drug crime, Irina Timirgalieva, held a preventive conversation with university students.

She spoke about legal liability for the distribution of prohibited substances through information resources through hiding, about criminal liability established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for committing illegal acts.  She reminded about the dangers and responsibility for consuming alcohol and tobacco products.

In addition, social psychologist Asemgul Sadvakasova spoke about her experience of working with addicted people, noting that a young person who decides to use drugs directs his life towards self-destruction, depriving himself of the prospects of working better, creating a full-fledged family and giving birth to healthy children.
