A student of Toraighyrov University became a prize-winner at the Republican Olympiad in the specialty of radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications.

23 participants from 9 universities of Kazakhstan competed in the intellectual championship.

Roman Khoruzhenko, a third-year student of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Automation, won the second place in the individual classification.

The Olympiad was held in an individual format, tasks were presented in the disciplines "Theory of electrical communication", "Theory of electrical circuits" and "Digital circuitry engineering".
