1. In 2014, the Faculty’s academic program 6M011100 Computer Science passed specialized accreditation for a period of 5 years by the decision of the Accreditation Board of Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (IQAA).

2. In 2015, all academic programs of the Department passed attestation for a period of 5 years by the decision of the State Attestation Commission.

3. In 2014, undergraduate and graduate students in the Department studied at Baltic International University, Latvia (the IS-302 Ivan Davydenko, the AZh-301 Yerzhan Alinov, the MIS-22n Aleksandra Potapenko, the MMinf(o)-22n Dinara Narkhanova), the University of Applied Sciences, Austria (the IS-202 Yerbolat Tazhkeyev), Lodz University, Poland (the IS-202s Dias Anuarbekov), Riga Technical University, Latvia (the MAZh-21n Aidana Irmanova) (the 2015-2016 academic year, the first semester of study) under the program of academic mobility.

4. In October 2013, according to the results of the VIth competition held under the TEMPUS program of the European Union, three projects of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University were selected for funding by the European Commission, one of which is performed by the Department. The theme of the project is “Methodology of formation of highly qualified engineers within Master’s degree programs in elaboration and development of advanced production systems”.

5. The Faculty’s team became the overall winner in all categories of the annual Spartakiad among academic and teaching staff members. It won in team scoring and was awarded certificates and the passing Rector’s Cup.

6. Our graduates are leading specialists in the following enterprises of Kazakhstan: Kazakhteleсom JSC, Aluminium of Kazakhstan JSC, Pavlodar Oil and Chemistry Refinery JSC, TNK Kazchrome JSC, Casting LLP, Alyans Bank, Eurasian Bank, Sberbank, Halyk Bank, Temirbank, Tsesnabank, etc.

7. Alexandra Olegovna Potapenko November 6, 2018 defended her thesis for the degree of doctor PhD in the specialty "6D071800-Power." Theme of the thesis: "Development of a system for diagnosing damage to a short-circuited rotor winding of an induction motor in coasting mode".
