Kyilybai Usenovich Medeubekov (born May 15, 1929 in the village of Leninskoye, Leninsky district, Shymkent region) is a Kazakhstani scientist, public and political figure, professor, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

In 1948, he graduated from the 10th grade school in the village of Leninskoye, Kazygurt district.
