Auditorium named after Tokmukhamed Sadykov, doctor of historical sciences, professor, academician of NAS RK

Sadykov Tokmukhamed Salmenovich Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor. Born in 1938. Teacher of secondary school (1957), Pavlodar region. In 1964 he graduated from S.M. Kirov KazSU (now Al-Farabi KazNU). In 1973, he defended his Candidate's thesis, and in 1983, his doctoral thesis. In 1989 he was elected a corresponding member of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of the USSR, since 1997 - academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 1987 to 2008 he was the rector of Abai KazPU (now Abai KazNPU). Since the early 1990s, KazNPU named after Abai has become one of the leading universal educational centers of Kazakhstan and Central Asia, acquiring the status of a national university, in national rankings takes leading positions. In 2007, Abay KazNPU received the 2007 Presidential Award "Altyn Sapa" (Golden Quality) for achievements in the field of quality, in the same year the University received the "European Quality" and "United Europe" awards (Great Britain). In 2007 Abai KazNPU signed the Great Charter of Universities ("Magna Carta", Bologna, Italy), confirming the achievements and merits of the university at the international level. T.S.
