The presentation of the book “Abay zhumbaktygy – filosofiyalyk masele” (The mysteriousness of Abay as a philosophical issue) was held at S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University.

On International Translation Day, which has been celebrated on September 30 every year since 1991, the Department of Foreign Philology and Translation Studies has summed up the results of the competition of translators, held at the University. Stories written by the American author Paul Deutschmann served as materials for translation.

On September 28, 2015 the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aslan Sarinzhipov visited S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University.

From September 11 to October 9, 2015 “Uly Dala Eli” Republican Historical and Cultural Expedition takes place in Kazakhstan. Providers of the event are the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kogamdyk kelisim RSI.

The student of the Department of Physical Education and Sport of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University Dmitriy Fedkovich became the champion of Asia in sport acrobatics, coming back with victory from the Asian Championship 2015 (held in Hangzhou, China).
