YOUTH POLICY
The primary goal of the university's youth policy is to create favorable conditions for self-actualization, support student initiatives, and engage students in social, cultural, scientific, and community life.
The university operates the Department of Youth Policy and Social Affairs, which oversees all youth-related activities, provides support for student projects, and collaborates with external organizations and government agencies.
Youth social activity involves student participation in public life, volunteer movements, student self-government, as well as cultural and charitable projects.
The university provides all the necessary conditions for young people to professionally develop both their vocational and personal skills. Toraighyrov University places special emphasis on fostering active, proactive, and responsible youth.
TORAIGHYROV UNIVERSITY STUDENT PARLIAMENT
Objectives:
- Supporting and developing socially significant student initiatives;
- Preserving and advancing the traditions of student life;
- Promoting the development of a strong civic position;
- Encouraging youth involvement in self-governance, leadership, and comprehensive personal growth;
- Coordinating and monitoring the activities of the university’s youth organizations;
- Implementing youth policy and developing effective mechanisms for its execution;
- Participating in the realization of socially important youth projects and initiatives;
- Organizing cultural leisure activities and promoting a healthy lifestyle among students;
- Engaging in educational forums, competitions, and social projects for youth.
«PRESIDENT» DEBATE CLUB
Objectives:
- Supporting student initiatives aimed at unlocking the intellectual and creative potential of young people;
- Promoting and advancing the debate movement;
- Fostering an active civic position among youth;
- Cultivating a sense of patriotism within the younger generation;
- Providing theoretical and practical training for youth in public and social activities;
- Contributing to the cultural development of young people;
- Building and refining public speaking and oratory skills.
«LaVie DOBRO» VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION
Objectives:
- Promoting the values of kindness and mutual assistance among youth and city residents;
- Building a community of active citizens ready to support one another and help people in difficult life situations;
- Developing civic responsibility and initiative through participation in socially significant projects;
- Contributing to the resolution of local social issues by providing aid to children, the elderly, low-income families, and others in need;
- Fostering a culture of respect, care, and kindness within society.
«ENACTUS»
Goal:
To develop leadership and entrepreneurial skills in students through the implementation of social and business projects aimed at creating positive social change and promoting sustainable development.

Goal:
To create conditions for the development of students' creative abilities, the refinement of their personal and professional qualities, and the formation of a vibrant cultural environment within the university.
The organization hosts various cultural and educational events, fostering leadership qualities, responsibility, and teamwork skills among students.
Furthermore, it provides a platform for the active promotion of arts and culture throughout the university.
YOUTH AFFAIRS COMMITTEE (YAC)
The Youth Affairs Committee is dedicated to supporting and developing students, fostering their self-actualization through the organization of cultural, sporting, and educational events. The Committee promotes creative activity, develops leadership qualities, social responsibility, and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
Goal: To create conditions for the development and self-actualization of young people.
«ZHASTAR RUKHY»
Goal:
- Developing the creative and intellectual potential of young people;
- Fostering an active civic position;
- Engaging youth in social and political life;
- Strengthening student unity within the university;
- Enhancing patriotism and promoting national values.
Tasks:
- Supporting student initiatives and creating conditions for project implementation;

«TOU FM» RADIO
Radio TOU FM is a student media organization established to develop students' creative abilities and enhance their interest in journalism, radio broadcasting, voice acting, and the media industry.
The organization covers key events in university life, including cultural and sporting activities and youth initiatives.
Furthermore, it provides students with a platform to freely express their opinions and share ideas.
Objectives:

ALLIANCE OF STUDENTS OF KAZAKHSTAN (ASK)
The Alliance of Students of Kazakhstan is a public organization dedicated to protecting the rights and interests of the country’s student youth.
Goal:
To protect student rights, improve their social welfare, and increase the social and civic engagement of young people.
Tasks:
- Protecting student rights and interests;

- Submitting proposals to improve the quality of education;

«MURAGER»
Objectives:
- Creative Development: Refining students' acting skills, stage presence, and elocution;
- Aesthetic Education: Enhancing the artistic taste of both audience and participants through the arts;
- Promotion of Spiritual and Cultural Values: Popularizing national culture, language, and traditions by staging both classical and contemporary works;
- Teamwork Building: Developing cohesion and collaborative skills.

«SDMC» PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION

The primary goal of SDMC is to develop the personal, professional, and leadership qualities of student youth, support their self-improvement, and foster essential life skills.

- Developing leadership, organizational, and communication skills;
- Organizing training sessions, seminars, and workshops aimed at enhancing professional and creative potential;
- Implementing motivational, psychological, and developmental programs;
- Encouraging youth toward self-development and social engagement;
- Conducting events focused on personal growth both within and beyond the university/college;
- Effectively organizing student leisure time and fostering healthy, productive habits.
CAMPUS STUDENT COUNCILS (Dormitory Councils)
Objectives:
The primary goal of the Dormitory Student Council is to participate in organizing student life within the dormitory, fostering a comfortable and safe living environment, and increasing the social engagement of students.
Tasks:
- Assisting in maintaining order and compliance with the dormitory’s internal rules and regulations;
- Collecting student suggestions and feedback to communicate them to the administration;
- Protecting the rights and interests of students residing in the dormitory;
- Organizing cultural, educational, and sporting events;
- Fostering a culture of cleanliness, safety, and mutual respect;
- Coordinating the activities of the dormitory’s student leaders and organizing leisure activities.
Student Senators
Student Senators of NAO «Toraighyrov University» carry out social and innovative projects of the university's creative, mobile, and educated youth.
The purpose of the Student Senate is to protect and represent the interests of students in interaction with the university administration, to contribute to the formation and strengthening of the university's positive image at inter-university, national, and international levels, to organize systematic activities and events in the sphere of public life, to unlock students' internal potential and develop their managerial competencies, to improve the efficiency of the educational process, to form an active civic position, to popularize a healthy lifestyle, as well as to improve the mechanisms of student self-governance at the faculty and university-wide levels.
