In the national rating of relevance, compiled by an independent agency of accreditation and rating ( IAAR), a third of educational programs implemented in TOU, occupied leading positions

So, * 15 * programs headed the rating, among which there are cultural studies, oil and gas engineering, philosophy, social science, political science, library science, chemistry, production of building materials, products and constructions, the technology of producing livestock products, pedagogy and psychology (doctoral studies), etc.

* 10 * educational programs are in the second place of the rating,including performing arts, heat power engineering, mathematics, metallurgy, philology (doctoral studies), electric-power engineering (doctoral studies).

The third position in the ranking in the directions was shared by * 22 * programs, among which there are ecology, geography, tourism, journalism, automation and management, physics, construction, transport construction, standardization, certification and metrology, forest resources and forestry, food products technology, biology (doctoral studies).

Taking the high positions in this rating means that the education provided by the university, as well as graduates of these specialties are really in demand by economics and society and meet their today and promising requirements.

Let us recall that among all the universities of Kazakhstan, Toraighyrov University took the 5th place of the independent agency of accreditation and rating ( IAAR). During compilation a rating, a number of indicators are taken into account: the quality of publication of the faculty in international rating journals, successful projects implemented on the grants of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, awards and state scholarships, the number of patents, the employment of graduates, the victories in the Olympiads, honors students, cooperation with foreign universities, etc.
