The solemn event dedicated to the celebration of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held at S. Toraigyrov Pavlodar State University.

Rector of Pavlodar State University, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences,  Gaukhar Akhmetova congratulated the audience on the Independence Day, noting that today one of the significant symbols and the foundation of Independent Kazakhstan is the long-term priorities specified by the Head of State N.A. Nazarbayev, such as the state program “Modernization 3:0”, “Rukhani zhangyru”, “Digital Kazakhstan”, trilingualism and others.

In her speech G. Akhmetova told about the implementation of these programs at Pavlodar State University.

In addition, during the solemn meeting, Gaukhar Galymovna handled gold medals to named after S. Toraighyrov, medal “In recognition of the development of science”, as well as certificates of honor of the Ministry of Education and Science of the RK, letters of thanks of the akim of Pavlodar region, regional maslikhat and regional branch of “Nur Otan” party.

On behalf of the Rector honorary letters and letters of thanks were received by scientists and staff of the university for many years of work and contribution to the development of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The solemn meeting was continued with a festive concert, in which performing artists of students philharmonic took part. A pleasant surprise was The performance of the choir, and the performance of their anthem by the students of the military department, who came to the stage to congratulate the audience.
