A regional contest called “Student talents” took place at S.Toraighyrov PSU.

Contestants from Aksu, Ekibastuz, and Pavlodar competed to be called the best in their field within different creative directions. The participants have fully demonstrated their creativity and showed the best of their repertoire. 

According to the organizers of the event the – Youth committee activists, during a few weeks students were engaged in activities honing their concert spots under the guidance of choreographer and director.

All declared teams and individual participants showed their creative skills, making it original, fresh and stylish, so in front of a jury headed by the rector of PSU Aryn Orsariyev there was a difficult choice.

The guests and the jury of competition have been pleasantly surprised by the variety, brilliance and depth of the presented show. The audience could enjoy poetry, song, dance, virtuoso performance of kyuis.

The Grand Prix was won by PSU students from the creative association “Murager”, by impressing the audience with spectacular theatrical performance acting.

The real discovery was the trio of “Assorty” that combined in one composition of the African djembe drum and the Kazakh national instrument dombra. They won due to creative solution and craftsmanship.

Having won the sympathy, perhaps, of all those present in the hall girls and guys respect, the silver of the competition have taken by participants of the “Street Workout” team (Ekibastuz).

Third place was shared with Musical college’s student Alex Lodochnikov and student of the “Foundation” Faculty Doszhan Muratbek.
