The International Forum Business Days Pavlodar started its work at S.Toraighyrov PSU.

Meeting with the university began with the presentation of innovative developments of S.Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University, inventions in the field of electrical energy industry and heat power engineering, agricultural technologies and microbiology, mechanical engineering and other sunrise industries.

During the roundtable guests discussed the concept of development of entrepreneurial university with the participation of Silicon Valley leading expert Alexey Krol, from Santa Cruz city, California, the USA.

Lazzat Kussainova, the Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Science of Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nurlan Akshanov, the Managing Director of the "Damu" Fund, Albina Yerzhanova, the President of the Enactus Kazakhstan, Abdildy Shamenov, the president of the NGO "Alliance of technology commercialization professionals" , representatives of the "Bolashak" Association and the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, representatives of the leading universities of Kazakhstan gave their own speeches in the official part of the forum.

According to the rector of S. Toraighyrov PSU Aryn Orsariyev,  entrepreneurial university teaches students applied and market-oriented knowledge, using entrepreneurship as a form of training and involving students in this activity since the university: "I am sure that the entrepreneurial universities with their own economic efficiency, providing high salaries to their teachers and graduates, will receive a great international recognition and provide the formation of a competitive cultural mentality of Kazakhstani people, whereof the President said in his Address to the Nation “Kazakhstan's Way - 2050: Common Goal, Common Interests, Common Future", - said Aryn Amangeldiyevich.

Within the frame of forum was held the official opening of a Regional Start-up Academy, which was attended by akim of Pavlodar region Bulat Bakauov. Then startupers presented their business models to investors within the Demo Day. Summarizing the results of the supermarket of projects, investors became the most interested in such start-ups as: "Koum_ice", "Ponchita", "Lyumobeton", football school "Asao", "Frozen Yogurt" and many others business ideas.

During the forum will be held the championship - Pavlodar schools and colleges students’ business ideas and the final of the Republican business-case solving championship Kemel Kasipker. In addition, the contest "Enterprise`s solutions", and the selection of projects to the Regional Startup Academy are planned within the frame of forum.
