Bakhtygul Kasymova, a student of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University deservedly won the third place in the national competition among young entrepreneurs “Startup “Bolashak”, organized by the" Bolashak association".
Competition of start-up projects is one of the main tools for support youth initiatives in the field of business. It is aimed at promoting the implementation of the "100 concrete steps" National Plan of the Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev.
One of the key tasks of the contest – is to support socially significant business initiatives of young entrepreneurs, which are aimed at raising the standards of life quality, the introduction of advanced high-tech knowledge and technology in socio-economic sphere of the country.
2095 participants from across Kazakhstan took part in the contest. The dominant areas among represented startup projects have become the manufacturing industry, IT-sphere, and communication, education and many others.
The winners received from 5 to 10 million tenge to develop their projects. Among the winners of the contest became Bakhtygul Kasymovs, a student of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University. She presented business project “ALAU” - processing and production of glass products and won a grant totaling 5 million. Active innovation focus of Bakhtygul is caused by her specialized activity: Bahtygul - is Regional Manager of Enactus Kazakhstan.
Speaking about the project, it is possible to select its hi-tech and innovative prospects, in view of the fact that the project is aimed at the processing of glass, which does not decompose naturally and is a powerful anthropogenically -destructive factor of environmental destruction.
"I thought about for what to spend natural resources, if it is possible to use recyclable materials, process it and make our products more accessible. At this stage, we sell products ranging from souvenirs, finishing with construction materials. It is 16 directions - bricks, roof tile, dishe. We want it to be available to every citizen of Kazakhstan", - says Bakhtygul.
