Young scholars of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University became the winners of state science scholarships established by the committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for talented young scholars.

Academic staff members of the Faculty of Humanities and Education, the Faculty of Energy Engineering and the Faculty of Chemical Technology and Natural Sciences of S. Toraighyrov PSU have asserted themselves on the republican level. In accordance with the decision of the competition committee, the scholars of the University, i.e. Candidate of Philological Sciences, a senior lecturer of the Department of Foreign Philology and Translation Studies Zhanar Abildinova, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Professor of the Department of Biology and Ecology Ainagul Kaliyeva and Candidate of Engineering Sciences, Professor of the Department of Heat Power Engineering Yevgeny Prihodko have been awarded state science scholarships for talented young scholars. 

Young teachers of PSU have successfully passed the competitive selection procedure and have merited honorary ministerial scholarships. It should be noted that inventions and innovations proposed by the young experts have proved to be extensively applicable as early as at the appraisal stage. Once again, future scientific luminaries made their contributions to strengthening of the University’s position as a fundamental center of science in Pavlodar region, having substantiated its innovation and cluster-based orientation and the title of Top Industrial University in North Kazakhstan. 

It is worthwhile noting that young scholars carry out all-round activities, searching for alternative interpretation of scientific constants postulated earlier in every possible way. The approach of this sort provides an opportunity to obtain multiple positive synergistic effect according to the principle 2+2=5, having converged fundamental science with innovations.
