Daulet Kuderin, an undergraduate student of the Faculty of Energy Engineering of S. Toraighyrov PSU, won a scholarship from KAZENERGY Association’s Educational Program.

Results of the scholarship competition among HEI students of the Republic of Kazakhstan held by KAZENERGY Association's Educational Program have finally been announced!

14 students of RK HEIs majoring in oil-and-gas engineering and power engineering won the competition and have become scholarship holders. The following factors were taken into consideration by the selection committee: students' academic performance (GPA 3.5 or higher), presence of scientific publications and participation in the life of home institutions, as well as foreign language skills. Students who have had internships at energy sector companies gained additional advantage. All participants of the competition were required to send a video-resume in which they introduce themselves in a creative form. Daulet Kuderin, an undergraduate student majoring in Automation and Control, is among the winners of the competition.

According to Daulet, this scholarship is way more than just an additional source of income - it is a sort of recognition of students' achievements. So being among holders of this scholarships is not only prestigious, it is also a great responsibility. It encourages students to keep learning and improving their knowledge and skills in their respective areas of specialization.

This is not the first scholarship won by Daulet. As a student with excellent academic performance and activist, he also holds a scholarship established by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Besides, Daulet Kuderin is a candidate for the title of Master of Sports in chess and he represents PSU at various regional and national competitions. He is also a member of the Debate Club established by Samruk and Inspiration book club at S. Beysembayev Scientific Library of PSU.
