According to the National (General) Ranking of Universities for 2014, S. Toraighyrov PSU has once again been listed among top 5 multidisciplinary Universities of our country.

This year, Pavlodar State University has retained its position among the best universities of Kazakhstan by means of providing high quality educational services to its students, and took the fifth place in the top list for the fourth time.

The National (General) Ranking of the Best Universities in Kazakhstan is based on statistical analysis of academic performance, evaluation by experts and employers. The main objective of the Ranking is to help prospective students make the right choice from a vast number of various institutions of higher education and give a rational motivation for investing in education.

The number of people involved in the evaluation procedure is always large. It includes students and their parents, employers, academic community and university administration members, international organizations and government agencies.

S. Toraighyrov PSU is the largest University of the region; it combines classical principles with new educational programs.
