S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University held a meeting with prospective students in Bayanaul area on April 25, 2014.
266 11th-graders from this area are to take CNT this year. 169 of them have already attended such a meeting with PSU members which took place in Bayanaul village on April 4, 2014. This time, the event was held in Maykain Secondary School 2. 96 prospective students, their parents and teachers attended this meeting. Thus, representatives of the University have met all school students from Bayanaul area who will take CNT this year.
During the event, prospective students saw a video about Pavlodar State University.
Specialist of the Foundation Faculty, Master of Education Alua Dyusenova introduced Doctor of Pedagogic Sciences, Professor of the Department of Physics and Instrumentation K.A. Nurumzhanova; Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Kazakh Philology G.T. Karipzhanova; PhD, senior lecturer of the Department of Metallurgy S.Zh. Kenbeilova; Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Biology and Ecology A.K. Ospanova.
Doctor of Pedagogic Sciences, Professor of the Department of Physics and Instrumentation Kulyash Aldongarovna Nurumzhanova delivered an opening speech.
Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Kazakh Philology Gulnaz Tokenovna Karipzhanova told about the rules of admission to Universities of Kazakhstan, documents submission deadlines and exact dates of CNT, competition for state educational grants, as well as the system of discounts and benefits offered by PSU.
Director of Maykain Secondary School 2 Yermekbay Khasenovich Kozhanov expressed his gratitude to representatives of S. Toraighyrov PSU for their attention to school-leavers of the region and emphasized the importance of such meetings. He wished success to all grade 11 students who are to take CNT this year.
At the end of the meeting, PSU representatives held consultations for prospective students and answered all their questions.
