Students of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University joined the Mangylyk Yel national youth movement on February 21, 2014.

Students of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University declared their total support of the Mangylyk Yel national idea put forward by the Head of the State N.A. Nazarbayev in his Address to the Nation “Kazakhstan’s Way-2050: the Common Goal, Common Interests and Common Future”.

The participants of the Regional Patriots Forum held in S. Toraighyrov PSU were given the opportunity to express their views on the idea put forward by the President.

In his opening speech, Deputy Akim of Pavlodar region Aryn Orsariyev urged the younger generation to unite, stressing that building a prosperous Kazakhstan is a common goal of all our citizens.

Head of the Department of History of Kazakhstan, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor Kayrat Battalov claimed that Mangylyk Yel is a strong national idea, the system of main values of the Kazakh people, the idea of reviving the national philosophy.

Head of the Belarus ethnocultural association Lyubov Bognat talked about the national unity, peace and harmony in our society. 'It's very important to feel and understand that we all share a common destiny. Our home is the Republic of Kazakhstan', she said.

Yelena Garkava, an active member of the Zhas Otan youth wing, delivered a speech entitled “Kazakhstan-2050 is Our Guiding Line”, stressing that the Mangylyk Yel idea unites all citizens of our Republic, encourages our younger generation to achieve high goals.

The speeches delivered by Forum participants were followed by vivid performances of Pavlodar pop stars. Student Philharmonic of S. Toraighyrov PSU also took part in the event by giving their best performances.
