Members of the information and propaganda group arrived at S. Toraighyrov PSU to clarify the most important strategic document of the country.

Members of the information and propaganda group - RK Senate deputy Vladimir Bobrov, RK Mazhilis deputy Meyram Pshembayev and the secretary of the regional Maslikhat Marat Kubenov - arrived at S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University in order to explain the key strategic document of the country, Address by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev to the People of Kazakhstan.

The meeting was attended by the administration of the University, deans of faculties, heads of structural units, undergraduate and graduate students of S. Toraighyrov PSU.

Rector of Pavlodar State University, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Serik Omirbayev noted in his opening speech, 'The team of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University took this new address of our President with great enthusiasm, and now we can confidently say that we have created all conditions for implementation of tasks in the field of modernization of higher education outlined by the Leader of the Nation.'

Then Serik Omirbayev told about the work in the field of development and implementation of innovative scientific projects carried out at the University.

The administration, members of the teaching staff and structural units of the University had an opportunity to ask any questions and get full answers from the deputies.

In their turn, the members of information and propaganda group explained the main provisions of the Address by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Kazakhstan's Way-2050: Common Goal, Common Interests, and Common Future” and expressed readiness to render assistance to the University in its development.

Deputy of the Senate of the RK Parliament Vladimir Bobrov emphasized in his speech, 'High-quality education is a key to the socio-economic development of the country and guarantor of the bright future of our state.'
