Final year students of the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of S. Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University participated in the national competition of graduation projects in chemical engineering which took place in South Kazakhstan State University named after M. Auezov (Shymkent).
Graduation projects from six universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan were presented at the competition.
The main objectives of the competition are improving the quality of professional training of students, as well as identifying, supporting and encouraging young talented specialists in the field of chemistry and chemical engineering.
The graduate projects performed by students of the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of S. Toraighyrov PSU were among the winners.
The KhTNV-402 group student Anastasiya Golovataya won the 2nd place diploma (scientific supervisor: S.R. Masakbayeva).
The OZKhT-401 group student Zhulduz Kaliakbarova won the 3rd place diploma (scientific supervisor: T.B. Tugambayeva).
This creative examination helped PSU students learn about the latest achievements in the field of chemistry and chemical engineering, the latest scientific developments and exchange experience with other participants of the competition.
The works by S. Toraighyrov PSU students were written at a high professional level and Pavlodar confirmed its status of a strong industrial center in the field of chemical engineering.
The winners of the contest, as well as their supervisors, have a lot of positive expectations: the best projects may be implemented in practice.
