A meeting between university staff and representatives of the "Government for Citizens" State Corporation for the Pavlodar Region was held at Toraighyrov University.

The theme of the meeting was "Analysis of Practical Situations and Problematic Issues Arising in the Process of Obtaining Government Services via the eGov Portal."

During the event, specialists from the state corporation thoroughly explained the procedures for obtaining public services in an electronic format and answered questions from the participants. Furthermore, they discussed pressing issues and complex situations that citizens frequently encounter when using the eGov portal and explored effective ways to resolve them.

As part of the meeting, the university staff received practical assistance in acquiring public services, along with guidance on how to use electronic services efficiently.
