A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Department of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Pavlodar Region and Toraighyrov University. The document was signed by Madiyar Zhumadilov, Head of the Department, and Nurlan Medetov, Chairman of the Board – Rector of Toraighyrov University.

The primary objective of the memorandum is to strengthen mutually beneficial partnership in the field of additional professional education and to systematically implement joint initiatives in this direction.

Under the agreement, the parties intend to collaborate on developing and improving additional education programs, organizing professional development courses aimed at enhancing the professional competencies of the Department's military personnel, and expanding interaction in educational, scientific, and methodological fields.

This memorandum will facilitate the development of human resource potential, improve the quality of professional training, and ensure the effective utilization of the university's scientific and educational resources. Furthermore, this initiative will bring new substance to regional partnership and lay the foundation for establishing productive mechanisms for the exchange of knowledge and experience.
