For over 30 years, Toraighyrov University has consistently implemented a specialized training program for students in grades 10–11. The program is designed to provide in-depth study of specialized subjects, facilitate early career guidance, and help students master vocational skills that are in high demand in the labor market.

As part of this initiative, a cooperation agreement was signed with the school-lyceum of Aksu, ensuring a well-coordinated educational process. This partnership enables a high standard of professional preparation for the students.

In the 2025–2026 academic year, 54 students from the 10th and 11th grades are undergoing specialized training.

Final vocational qualification exams for 11th-grade students are held in April and May. Upon successful completion, graduates are issued certificates in the following qualifications:

• Assistant Computer Software Developer;
• Laboratory Chemist;
• Engineering Graphics Operator and Drafter.
