Raziya Kaliyaskar, a first-year student of the “Psychology” educational program at Toraighyrov University, was named Volunteer of the Year in the “Warm Heart” category as part of the “Rukhtastar” Youth Award.

Since 2022, Raziya Kaliyaskar has been an active member of the “Zhastar Rukhy” youth wing and has consistently participated in public initiatives, social projects, and events aimed at youth policy development. In 2023, she established a branch of the “Zhastar Rukhy” organization at the B. Akhmetov Higher Pedagogical College and served as its chairperson.

A student of Toraighyrov University, Raziya Kaliyaskar carries out volunteer activities in several areas on a comprehensive basis. Within the framework of social volunteering, she provides assistance to orphanages, nursing homes, and mother-and-child shelters, actively supporting socially vulnerable groups. In addition, she took part in preventive activities jointly with law enforcement agencies, gaining experience as a public assistant.

In the field of educational volunteering, since 2025 she has been providing free English and Turkish language lessons to schoolchildren and adolescents facing difficult life circumstances. She also distributes educational and methodological materials and books via a Telegram channel, offering additional academic support in school subjects.

In media volunteering, Raziya Kaliyaskar prepares photo and video materials within the “Zhastar Rukhy” organization to promote regional youth initiatives and social projects, providing information support for socially significant events. Her cultural volunteering includes organizing theatrical performances, literary evenings, and creative events. She participates in conducting trainings and workshops aimed at developing the cultural and creative potential of young people, and also organizes free mobile photography courses for youth interested in this field.

In the area of eco-volunteering, the student regularly takes part in community clean-up campaigns, tree-planting initiatives, and awareness-raising activities on waste sorting, contributing to the development of environmental culture.
