A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Toraighyrov University and LLP “Ertis Hydrometallurgical Plant”.

During the meeting, Rector Nurlan Medetov presented the mission, structure, capabilities, and scientific potential of the university to the General Director of the enterprise, Vladimir Dudin. The parties discussed perspective areas of joint activities, identified specific goals in personnel training, scientific research, and industrial internships, and expressed interest in strengthening long-term partnership.

The Memorandum provides for the updating of educational programs in line with industry requirements, the development of dual education, organising industrial and scientific internships for students and teaching staff, the implementation of joint researches and professional events, as well as support for the employment of graduates. This agreement enhances the quality of the educational process for the university, provides students with practical experience, and ensures the enterprise has qualified specialists who meet modern industry demands.

Therefore, the signed Memorandum is a significant step in developing the scientific and industrial potential of the region and contributes to the effective integration of education and industry.
