The development of human capital was discussed during the visit of the Akim of Pavlodar Region, Asain Baikhanov, to the Eurasian Mechanical Plant (EMP).

The Eurasian Mechanical Plant began operations earlier this year in the Pavlodar Special Economic Zone. In a relatively short time, the enterprise, which specializes in the mechanical processing of metal products, has already acquired major clients. Its production capacity is 8,700 items per year, and about 60 jobs will be created at the plant.

Today, the plant’s management is concerned with training technical specialists capable of operating high-precision equipment. According to the information provided to Akim Asain Baikhanov during his visit, this issue will be addressed in cooperation with Toraighyrov University. According to the rector of ToU, Nurlan Medetov, a joint educational program will be developed together with the Moscow Technological University “STANKIN.” This program will focus on training highly qualified specialists for EMP and other industrial enterprises in Kazakhstan.
