At Toraighyrov University, a student from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Daniil Zemenkov, received a broad-profile mechanization operator's license, as well as the rights to drive ATVs and jet skis.

The license award ceremony was attended by ToU’s Board Member for Academic Affairs, Petr Bykov, and the Chairman of the Pavlodar Region Driving Schools Association, Askar Kymbatov.

Additionally, in March, Toraighyrov University signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Pavlodar Region Driving Schools Association.
It is worth noting that, in support of the university's targeted efforts to create Minor programs for students, the Department of Agrotechnology has introduced an additional working program under the innovative educational program "Agroecology."

Looking ahead, the university plans to introduce these courses as micro-qualifications or Minors for all university specialties.
