A job fair was held at Toraighyrov University for students and graduates of the university.
 The event was organized by the university's Career Center.  Representatives of more than 50 organizations came to ToU in search of specialists.

 - Toraighyrov University is always in constant contact with major employers in the region.  We need to know what the demand for specialists is in the local labor market, and future employees need to know what conditions they can expect.  Therefore, with any technology, personal communication with the employer is the most effective means of communication in the job search, says Petr Bykov, ToU Member of the Board  for Academic Affairs .

 As the organizers noted, such meetings are needed by both the university and employers.  At such fairs, students can find out what specialists are needed in the labor market today, what competencies are needed to find a job with decent salary.  For a future specialist, a job fair is help in finding their professional application.  It should be noted that the fair was held in a co-working space, where the companies “Greenwich”, State Institution “Fire-fighting and Rescue Services”, “EON Energo”, JSC “ERG Service”, LLP “PROMASH KZ”, LLP “2GIS-Pavlodar”, KSP "Steel LLP" were represented.

 In addition, as part of the job fair, an extended meeting of the university’s educational and methodological council and academic committees in the field of study was held, at which new formats of interaction with enterprises were discussed, as well as new approaches to organizing internships in industries, which were developed by Toraighyrov University within the framework of the Erasmus+ project  Trigger.
