The first regional  forum "IT-Women" was held at Toraighyrov University.

 Experienced representatives of the field of information technology Ayman ​​Shakleina, Zhamilya Taichik, Olesya Golubeva, and Madina Khasenova spoke at the university. 
They shared their experience in developing an IT product from scratch, finding inspiration and effectively managing risks within the industry.

 - Women are successful in any industry because they know how to think strategically and always achieve their goals.  And we need to share with their successful cases to motivate other people, including the youth.  Thanks to the achievements of Kazakhstani women, today we can talk about truly serious rates of development in all spheres of our society.  I hope that luck and success will continue to accompany our ladies,” Yerkin Sadykov said.

 The forum speakers noted that today, women play a key role in the field of information technology.  They are the ones who bring an unconventional view of things and thereby contribute to the development of innovation, act as creative specialists, project leaders, and creators of an equal environment in the IT industry.
