A creative meeting in honor of the 75th anniversary of Academician of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor Engilik Zhumatayeva was held at Toraighyrov University.

On this day, a  friends, colleagues and students came to congratulate Engilik Oserbaevna, among whom were representatives of the scientific community and educators.  Expressing gratitude to his colleague, ToU rector Yerkin Sadykov noted that Engilik Zhumatayeva was among the first scientists who laid the scientific foundations of ethnopedagogy in Kazakhstan.

Professor was also awarded a letter of thanks and a badge for her contribution to the development of the university from the rector of Satpayev University Meiram Begentayev and a welcome address from the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askhat Aimagambetov and the administration of the education department of Pavlodar region.

 Engilik Oserbaevna is a many-sided personality, but first of all she is a scientist.  She is the author of 40 monographs, more than a dozen teaching aids.  Her scientific activity at the All-Union and Republican levels was highly appreciated.  This is confirmed by numerous awards, including the badge "Excellent worker of public education of the Kazakh SSR", medal named after.  Y.  Altynsarin, a gold medal for the contribution to the development of the Kazakh language of the International Society of the Kazakh Language "Ana Tili", the election of an honorary corresponding member of the International Academy of Sciences of Pedagogical Education of the Russian Federation and the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan and many others.
