Implementation of the project is carried out within the scientific and research work of the Shokan Zholdary Laboratory for a Complex Study of Personality.
Young scientists, undergraduate and graduate students, creative intellectuals and the general public carry out research work in the field of history and regional studies, culture and philosophy of science, organize scientific and educational expeditions in Kazakhstan, CIS-countries and other foreign countries. Following the routes of Shokan, people collect materials about his life and work, carry out cultural and educational work among the population and the younger generation.
The participants of the Project organize many interesting initiatives in the field of academic and social life of S.Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University, the city and region, our country and foreign countries. The Shokan club is a member of International Pushkin House, it is engaged in many international competitions and projects. The club includes a school of oratory and the Dostary Theatre club. Development of intercultural communication through organization of conferences, seminars, academic lectures and culturological marathons. Creating favorable conditions for self-realization in the scientific field. Cooperation with the J&S international company in the field of joint projects aimed at implementation of the program of cross-border cooperation between regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation in 2008-2015 and the State program of Cultural Heritage of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The work is underway for the cultural and educational promotion of life and works of prominent representatives of science and culture.
The Alka project on the national radio has been led by Doctor of Philosophical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Philosophy and Culturology R.N. Koshenova since 2008.
The supervisor of the project Doctor of Philosophical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Philosophy and Culturology R.N. Koshenova prepared a series of radio broadcasts and popular science lectures on the History and Philosophy of Independence, dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
