An international scientific conference titled "Issues of Language Theory and History in the Era of Globalization and the Concept of the 'Complete Human' ('Tugel Adam')" was held at Toraighyrov University, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Dr. Aitmukhamet Kasymbaevich Turyshev, Doctor of Philological Sciences and Professor.

At the opening ceremony of the conference, I. S. Terenchenko, Chairman of the Pavlodar Regional Maslikhat, delivered a congratulatory message from A. K. Baikhanov, Akim of the Pavlodar Region. N. A. Medetov, Chairman of the Board – Rector of Toraighyrov University, highlighted the honoree's significant contribution to the development of domestic science and higher education in his speech, and presented him with the "Akhmet Baitursynuly" badge of honor from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the plenary session, presentations were delivered by Bekjan Abdualiuly, Professor at L. N. Gumilyov ENU and Doctor of Philological Sciences; Sh. B. Seitova, Professor at Alikhan Bokeikhan University and Doctor of Philological Sciences; A. O. Karipzhanova, Associate Professor at Toraighyrov University and Candidate of Philological Sciences; and Moldir Bulut, Assistant Professor at Atatürk University (Republic of Türkiye). The speakers focused closely on the professor's scientific heritage and his prominent works in the fields of Turkology and linguistics.

As part of the conference, a presentation ceremony for Professor Aitmukhamet Kasymbaevich's new scientific publications took place. G. A. Sarseke, Professor N. K. Zhusipov, and Professor E. O. Zhumataeva shared their insights on the scientific value and content of these new works.

The international scientific conference served as an essential scientific platform aimed at strengthening scientific continuity, exchanging views on current issues in the humanities, and widely promoting and recognizing the works of Professor A. K. Turyshev.
