S.Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University invites private entrepreneurs to cooperate in the framework of public private partnership upon the project “Construction of a 500 person dormitory in the territory of S.Toraighyrov PSU at Lomov street, 64”

Brief description of the project:  

rated capacity - 500 places of accommodation;

intended purpose – for students living;

total area – 7030,4 sq. m.

location – Lomov Street,64

construction period – 10 months

orientational construction cost 1,4 billion tenge

land parcel, where setting the dormitory into operation is planned:

cadastral number – 14-218-017-1710;

divisibility – divisible;

intended purpose –for the construction and maintenance of the dormitory;

areal size – 0,7930 ha;

location – Lomov Street,64, Ak. Chokin Street, 139

Project implementation period:

The planned start of construction is April 2019, the construction period is approximately 12-14 months. The project is planned to be implemented at the expense of the potential investor.

Sources of reimbursement of expenses: in accordance with subparagraph 3 and 4 of paragraph 2, Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Public-Private Partnership” recovery of investment and operation cost.

Measures of State support:

In accordance with paragraph 1 and 2 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Public-Private Partnership”, the provision of a land parcel for temporary use for the period of the PPP contract, the placement of a state order for providing places in dormitories for students.
