Enrollment into the university is conducted by the admission committees of universities from August 10 till August 25, the minimum level required for enrollment for school leavers and college graduates who do not go to related specialty - is 50 points; with at least 5 scores in core and vocation-related subjects.

For college graduates entering the related specialty: at least 25 points, with at least 5 scores in general and major subjects.

Participation in the Competition for State Educational Grants

Applications for participation in the competition for state educational grants are submitted from July 18 to 26.

In order to participate in the competition for state educational grants and be enrolled in an HEI, applicants, who have already passed the UNT or Complex Testing, must submit the following documents:

1) application on a special form;

2) education certificate (original);

3) state certificate (original);

4) 6 photos (3x4);

5) medical certificate (Form 086-U) with the stamps from the dependency and mental health clinics (plus a copy), a photoroentgenography, Wassermann reaction blood test (original), a copy of the vaccination card;

6) documents giving entitlement to benefits (orphans must provide death certificates of both parents; disabled persons of groups 1 and 2, disabled children, persons disabled since childhood must submit the conclusion of the medical and social assessment board regarding the absence of contraindications to studying within the chosen educational program);

7) a copy of the identification document with a photo;

8) a copy of military registration certificate or military service card (for male students) for full-time education;

9) a folder with ties, an envelope.

Participation in the Complex Testing

The Complex Testing is conducted for applicants who have completed a course of study at institutions of general secondary education in previous years, graduates of technical and professional (primary and secondary vocational, post-secondary) education institutions, school-leavers who did not take the UNT or studied abroad under international student exchange programs, graduates of music boarding schools, and applicants who have graduated from educational institutions abroad.

Complex testing is held for graduates of organizations of general secondary education (secondary general) of past years, graduates of technical and professional (primary and secondary professional, post-secondary) education organizations, graduates of secondary schools who did not take part in the UNT, trained through international exchange of schoolchildren abroad, graduates of the republican music boarding schools, as well as persons who graduated from educational institutions abroad.

Complex testing is held in the following subjects:

For graduates of educational organizations who have mastered general education academic programs of general secondary education, academic programs of technical and professional, post-secondary education, the number of test assignments is:

1) on the history of Kazakhstan - 20;

2) on the mathematic literacy - 20;

3) on the literacy of reading (language of instruction at the university) - 20;

4) for each profession-oriented subject - 30.

For applicants entering the related specialties for shortened educational programs with an accelerated training time, the number of test assignments is:

1) on the general profession-oriented discipline - 20;

2) on the profession-oriented discipline - 40.

In order to participate in the complex testing, applicants must submit the following documents to the admissions office:

1) application on a special form;

2) certificate and / or diploma of primary vocational (technical and vocational) or secondary vocational (post-secondary) educational institution (original);

3) receipt of payment for testing;

4) 6 photos (3x4);

5) medical certificate (Form 086-U) with the stamps from the dependency and mental health clinics (plus a copy), Wassermann reaction blood test, a photoroentgenography (original), a copy of the vaccination card for the applicants entering full-time studies;

7) a copy of the identification document with a photo;

The deadline for applications for participation in the competition for government educational grants is from July 18 to July 26.

* To participate in the complex re-testing applicant submits to the admissions office of higher education institution an application on a standard form, a certificate of completed secondary education (secondary) or technical and vocational (primary or secondary vocational, post-secondary) graduation certificate (the original) , confirmation of payment. for testing, two 3x4photographs, 086 medical certificate form, a copy of ID card and a certificate of UNT or complex testing.

To participate in the additional complex testing conditionally enrolled student submits to the admissions office of higher education institution, application on a standard form, confirmation of payment. for testing.

The application period for passing a special exam for pedagogical specialties is from June 20 to August 18.

Creative Programs

Acceptance of applications for creative specialties is conducted by the Admission Committee of S.Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University from June 20 till July 7. Creative examinations are held from July 08 till 13.

For school leavers and college graduates who do not go to related specialties: the number of creative examinations is 2. The maximum number of points for each creative is 40. Persons who have received less than 15 points for each creative exam or who did not attend it are not allowed to pass complex tests for entry to this specialty. Retaking of the creative exam is not allowed. Points for two subjects of testing are also taken into account: reading literacy and history of Kazakhstan.

For college graduates entering the related specialties with an accelerated term of study - the number of creative examinations is 1. The maximum number of points for the creative examination is 20.

Persons who have received less than 5 points for the creative test or who did not attend it, are not allowed to pass complex tests for entry this specialty. Retaking of the creative exam is not allowed. Also points for vocation-related subjects are taken into account.

2) diploma with the supplement (original) + 2 copies;

3) 6 photos (3x4);

4) medical certificate (Form 086-U) with the stamps from the dependency and mental health clinics + a copy;

5) a copy of the identification document with a photo;

6) a folder with ties, an envelope.

Enrollment at the University is based on the results of interviews conducted by the admissions board.

Documents Required for Admission

10) an agreement for those enrolled on a fee-paying basis;

11) applicant's personal card;

12) a folder with ties, an envelope.

Persons having educational organizations that implement technical and vocational, post-secondary) graduation certificate and having confirmed professional experience of at least one year, in addition submit one of the following documents:

13) work book;

14) record of service (the list of information about the work, professional experience of the employee), signed by the employer, bearing the stamp of organization(if any);

15) archive transcript containing information about the employee's professional experience.

* Persons applying for conditional admission, enclose to the application certificate of completed secondary education (secondary) or technical and vocational (primary or secondary vocational, post-secondary) graduation certificate (original), 6 photographs in the 3x4size, 086 medical certificate form, complex testing certificate or complex re-testing.

Persons who have received a certificate of educational grants, apply for admission to higher education institution, specified in the certificate and enrolled by the order of the rector of the higher education institution.

Persons entering on the paid basis also concluded a contract on compensated provision of services on set form.
