Methodological Support of the Learning Process

The Faculty held all methodological seminars planned for the 2013-2014 academic year. Thus, the plans of the Faculty and Departments were fully implemented. Throughout the academic year, members of the Faculty prepared study guides and teaching materials according to the courseware publication schedule and published 190 research papers (67 papers by members of the Faculty of Biology and Ecology, 78 by Geography and Tourism and 44 by Chemistry and Chemical Technology).

Over the last three years, students of the Faculty have taken active part in the Academic Mobility program: 4 students in 2011 (internal mobility: 3 students; external mobility: 1 student), 11 students in 2012 (internal mobility: 5 students; external mobility: 6 students), and 18 students in the 2013-2014 academic year (internal mobility: 3 students, external mobility: 15 students).

4 foreign lecturers were invited to the Faculty in 2011, 5 in 2012 and 6 in the 2013-14 academic year (Tibor Pasinszki, Hungary; Peter Szalay, Hungary; Gyorgy Tarczay, Hungary; Sagi Tamas, Budapest; Ignas Sivek, Slovenia; Istvan Venekei, Budapest).
