The XII International Scientific Conference “Chaos and Structures in Nonlinear Systems.  Theory and experiment" has started at Toraighyrov University.

About 130 reports were received to participate in the scientific conference, not only from Kazakhstan, but also from foreign universities - Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and the USA.  The guest of honor of the meeting at ToU was Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor of Al-Farabi KazNU   Zeynulla Zhanabaev.  He spoke about the ZhF-fractal and its analytical formula in his report "Nonlinear fractal measures and information entropy in nanoelectronics, telecommunications, astrophysics".  By the way, on June 18, the professor celebrates his 80th birthday.  In honor of the anniversary, Zeynulla Zhanabaev was awarded Al-Farabi gold medal for his contribution to the development of Kazakhstani science.

Other prominent scientists also participated in the dialogue platform.  Professor of the Department of Physics and Astronomy at the University of North Carolina Anatoly Miroshnichenko spoke about the evolution of binary stars, methods for their search, as well as the results of observations of binary systems with emission spectra.  Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Transport Engineering and Logistics of Toraighyrov University Toleugazy Toktaganov made a presentation "Development and improvement of distance learning technologies is a requirement of the time."  The speaker of the conference was the candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, professor of  Karaganda Buketov University Saule Sakipova.  She spoke about the history of the international conference, which is being held for the 12th time, and noted the huge role of its initiator Zeinulla Zhanabaev.
